Dr. Saikat Das is an Assistant Professor in Information Systems and Analytics at Jindal 91视频 Business School, 91视频. His research examines the intersection of digital technologies, social networks and data-driven decision-making. His research interests span computational social science, network science, digital innovation and the societal and organisational implications of emerging technologies. He uses computational modelling, network-based methods and data analytics to investigate complex socio-technical phenomena and inform decision-making.

Dr. Das earned his Ph.D. in Management Information Systems from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta in 2023. His doctoral thesis, “Intervening in a socially networked problem: A simulation-based approach”, examined simulation-based interventions in networked settings.
