L&D conducts AI-focused learning programmes

In September, Learning and Development at JGU (L&D) placed Artificial Intelligence at the centre of its learning agenda through building responsible AI awareness across the administrative workforce, and enabling deeper, role-specific application within specialised teams.

Through ‘AI Essentials for Workplace’ – conducted across batches for JGU’s administrative staff in collaboration with Cyril Shroff Centre for AI, Law and Regulation – employees explored the fundamentals of AI, its evolving role in the workplace, and the importance of responsible use, human oversight, critical thinking and accountability when working with AI-generated information.

The ‘AI for Graphic Designing: Transforming Design Workflows’ programme was designed for the university’s graphic design team. The programme explored prompt engineering, AI-powered creative tools, image generation and practical workflows – demonstrating how AI can become a creative enabler across everyday deliverables from flyers and brochures to presentations, reports, mailers and newsletters.
