Convened by the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR), through its B-Tech Project, and NASSCOM AI, the closed-door consultation brought together representatives from industry, start-ups, law firms, civil society organisations, academia, and international institutions at the India Habitat Centre, New Delhi. The dialogue focused on one of the most pressing questions in AI governance today: how organisations can translate commitments to safety, accountability, and human rights into real-world deployment decisions.
